 Harbour Group Holdings Limited owns the entire issued share capital of each of Harbour Group (Singapore) Pte Limited (incorporated in Singapore with limited liability), Harbour Group Consulting (UK) Limited (incorporated in United Kingdom with limited liability), HGH Technology Sdn. Bhd. (incorporated in Malaysia with limited liability), Vanguard Business Services Limited (incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability) and Mountain Managed Cloud Consulting Limited (incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability) and all of them are principally engaged in the provision of IT Services in their respective countries.
